This definitely adds a twist to the cat-and-mouse concept. It's a vision of irony and zaniness. The cat seems unaware he's playing with explosive balls, even less aware he's surrounded by crafty mice.

I see a reused image, the cat inside a zippered cat. What a brilliant use of recycled imagery from the same artist! I find it rather amusing the word "BASEBALL" is actually on the bat being held by a mouse, like the viewer needs to be reminded what type of bat that is.

This is sheer brilliance in its originality. You almost want to say it's abstract, but it isn't. It's wonderfully crafted images, the technique is quite amazing. You're drawn to the center, then to each side of the piece, giggling as your eye moves around.

I got the impression the cat in the center is the same cat known as the master of disguises, but that's not as important as enjoying this or understanding the complex simplicity to the humor displayed. It leaves quite the impact on the viewer, making one think of such cartoon icons as Tom and Jerry or Itchy and Scratchy.
